USER INFORMATION
SETDART ONLINE, S.L., will be responsible for the processing of personal data of those PERSONS who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on treatment:
1.1 DATA PROCESSING
The data will be processed for the maintenance of a relationship between the USER and SETDART ONLINE, SL (hereinafter, the RESPONSIBLE) which may include the following operations:
Handle requests and queries sent to the person in charge.
Report on activities and events organized by the person in charge
To inform about products or services offered by the responsible party.
Interact through official profiles
When the RESPONSIBLE collects and processes personal data through its social networks, the USERS will be informed of the purpose of the data collection, as well as the rights they have in relation to their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
The Legal Basis for the Processing is the explicit consent given by the USER to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
On the other hand, the USER can access at all times to the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
1.2 DATA RETENTION
The data will be stored according to our data retention criteria. They will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
1.3 DATA COMMUNICATION
The information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, including his/her personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other third party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information he/she wants to make public in each case; see the permissions he/she has granted; delete or deactivate them; as well as any third-party application he/she no longer wants to use.
However, the communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is not foreseen, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing; or that they will be communicated to service providers related to communications with which the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality agreements and data processor required by current regulations on privacy.
1.4 USER RIGHTS
The USER’s rights may only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of the RESPONSIBLE.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, as well as limitation or opposition to its processing.
The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE will perform the following actions:
Access to public profile information.
Publication on the USER’s profile of all information already published on the RESPONSIBLE’s social network.
Sending personal and individual messages through social media channels.
Update of the status of the page that will be published in the USER’s profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with. To do this, they must access their settings where they will find different configuration options in relation to the degree of privacy of the user’s profile on the social network.
3.PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the RESPONSIBLE. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
The USER, once he/she is a follower or has joined the RESPONSIBLE’s social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the same. In any case, the USER must be the owner of the published contents, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned.
Any publication on the social network, whether in the form of texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates or violates intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s own image or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments and content will not be tolerated on company profiles.
In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to remove the content immediately and without notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is not responsible for the contents freely published by the USER.
The USER must take into account that his/her publications will be known by other users, so he/she is the main responsible for his/her privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE, but will remain on the social network at its discretion.
4.DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.
Likewise, the RESPONSIBLE shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with disabilities, whose access must be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
