Contact Setdart by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp or visit us in our rooms in Barcelona, Madrid or Valencia to give us information about the pieces you want to sell. If it is a large collection or important pieces, one of our experts can visit you personally.
Courtesy assessments made from images are provisional and subject to review and examination of the pieces by our specialists.
Signature of the agreement contract
Once Setdart confirms that the piece is suitable for auction, a reserve price is agreed and the contract is signed between Setdart and the seller. Then the work of our photographers and catalogers begins, who will take all data and information of the piece in our rooms or on site, in this case, without the need to make transfers.
Auction process and shipment of the piece
The piece will be exhibited for approximately 15 days in the virtual exhibition of the Setdart website with a complete cataloging and collection of images, and during this period, Setdart users will be able to place their bids until the closing date and time of the auction. You can comfortably follow the entire process from your computer. Once the piece is awarded, you will receive a notification by e-mail with all the information.
In the event that you are the custodian of the work during the auction process, Setdart can help you organize the packaging and shipment of the piece to our facilities. Contact our Logistics Department. You can also use your own company or take it yourself to one of our Rooms.
Approximately one month after the invoice of the piece, Setdart makes the payment to the seller, discounting the commission and any other agreed expenses on the hammer price.
